Summer 2022 has been busy and productive for Lachelle Cunningham and Chris Montana, members of Black Mountain Holdings LLC.

The project team is working on the construction plans and design for the 2843 27th Ave S building. Black Mountain Holding LLC has begun the branding process with Neka Creative. They have applied for funding through DEED’s Main Street Revitalization Program and the Met Council Pre-Development program. In the upcoming months, Black Mountain Holding LLC will be working on strengthening their relationships with local residents and businesses through community engagement.
