Honoring the uprising that followed the police killing of George Floyd, Longfellow Rising works collaboratively to reenvision and redevelop the private and public spaces at Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenue affected by civil unrest. Longfellow Rising is committed to racial equity, creation care, affordable housing, worker justice, cultural vitality, economic prosperity, and belonging.
