The First JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION at Sabathani!! 

Join us a we celebrate the African-American culture with over 50 vendors from food, clothing, art and recourses. Come out and support local artists and group performances! Sabathani Community Center is one of Minnesota’s oldest African American-founded nonprofits since 1966 and became the Sabathani community center in 1975! 

Sabathani has partnered with the neighborhood organization CANDO and DontShoot GunsShoothoops to put together a amazing Community family fun full of culture event!

June 19th is also Fathers Day so please join us as we walk from George Floyd Square (38th and Chicago) to Sabathani (38th and Clinton) which is approx. 8 blocks) we walk for the Fathers, Brothers, Sons and friends that can not be with us!

June is Gun awareness month so Don't Shoot Guns Shoot Hoops brings to you the First "Justice 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament! DSGSH we have created a safer space for kids and young adults to inspire them to pick up a basketball instead of a gun!

Each team will be named after someone that has lost their life from GUN VIOLENCE!

We welcome all skills levels to sign up and compete for a trophy! Ages 11 and up boys and girls.

Cost $20 a Player. Each participant will receive a shirt!
